Founder and Director
The founder and director of ADVASKILL is Andrea Miriello, a licensed business and organizational psychologist with over 15 years of international experience as a training manager, corporate trainer, and business coach. He has designed and delivered a wide range of successful soft skills training and coaching programs for multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit organizations, public institutions, startups, and scale-ups.
His practical and engaging approach has consistently delivered high-impact, results-driven, and highly valued talent development solutions.
He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in International Business.
